Personal Support Caregiver

Location: Williamson County, TN and Surrounding Areas
Position Type: Full-time and Part-time availability

Job Summary

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide non-medical in-home and community care for our clients. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, ensuring client comfort and well-being while promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver non-medical in-home and community care to clients
• Arrive punctually for scheduled visits and promptly notify the supervisor if unable to attend
• Follow individualized service plans for each client

Job Duties May Include

• Meal preparation and grocery shopping
• Assistance with hygiene, grooming, and dressing
• Mobility support
• Companionship and engagement in recreational activities
• Housekeeping tasks (e.g., dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning windows, making beds, changing linens, laundry, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms)
• Transportation to appointments, errands, and activities (current driver's license and proof of vehicular insurance required)

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Genuine caring and nurturing attitude toward helping others
• Strong honesty and integrity
• CPR certified
• Willingness to attend training sessions provided by referring agencies or the TN Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (MHSAS)
